crooked slide or crooked hole

so my new to me travel trailer revealed a secret to me the other day. the rear bunk slide and the dinette/ love seat slide are not straight when out per say. the outside slide seal on the upper right corner of the both slides are not touching at all or barely touching and the lower left corner is super tight. i've scoured the internet looking for ways to adjust the slides but none account for or talk about twisted slides or appear to be twisted. hell it might not be the slide it could be the holes they come out of. my long term concern is water getting coming in because the seals are not doing what they are designed to do. anyone ever come across this before? i wan't to take it in and have it looked at but am afraid i'll end up losing out on all my camping reservations this year. thanks for the info

Start by posting what brand camper you have and which slide mechanism you have if you know.

Sounds like the hole is out of square. If you're talking about two slides and they're both similarly out of square, the first thing to look at is front to back level. Sure you are aware of this, but never extend or retract the slides until the camper is stabilized and level.

As Parrott stated, post your model number (and slide type, if you know it).

Adjusting slides is not particularly difficult, but each type has its own procedure. If it's a Schwintek slide, it may just be a syncing issue.

Either way, a little more information and I'm sure there's plenty of people around here who can get you pointed in the right direction.

2020 jayflight 33 rbts. The kitchen slide has the typical shwintek gear slide. The dinette and bunk use a Lippert through frame style. I over adjusted them, however it made them not close flush to the side of the trailer. I followed the procedure the normal way and it didn't do anything. Neither helped or made it worse so I put it back till I can get it to the dealer. Here is the YouTube video I used.
