Dim lights & no AC

2021 38bhds- a few weeks ago the back bedroom and bathroom lights would dim occasionally. Had the dealer come check and of course they wouldn’t dim when he was there. He checked convertor, fuses, battery, shore power, etc. all were fine when he was there. Fast forward to this weekend. Lights dimmed the other night. My husband took out the fuse, put back in, and lights were normal. Now last night Lights are extremely dim and now the ac & furnace will only turn on for 3 seconds and immediately shut off. I’m guessing it may have something to do with the thermostat but it is digital and working properly. We tried hooking up to our neighbors shore power, tried a new battery, and even tried going to 30 amp instead of 50 amp. We can’t seem to figure it out.

Check for loose wires, especially a ground wire.

Welcome to JOF from SW Michigan! Sorry to hear of the issues, especially on a new TT. One of the main grounds I have is located near the tongue of the TT screwed right to the frame.

I've seen other grounds located on the underside of the TT and there can be more than one, so maybe look around. Check to see if it's tight to the frame. Seems the dealership would've known to look, but you never know with some dealers.
