HELP! Remodel of Qwest by Jaycon Camper

Ok, so I am new here, just joined, first post so please take it easy on me.

I beleive I am about to buy a 2002 Qwest and there is water damage above bunk beds and the bathroom floor is soft.

I want to gut the bunk bed area and remove the back wall and bring it forward so I can build a patio on the back.

I am looking to convert half of this 33' camper into a mobile shop where I will make custom shirts and hoodies, etc. leaving the front queen, table that turns into a bed and the slide out couch that goes into a bed.

I have looked on youtube and google and I can not find anyone that has done this.

Any advice or suggestions before I purchase this?
