No...., but a properly "sized" and adjusted WDH under loaded conditions would be desirable. The Hummingbird models have a light duty A-frame that should be taken into consideration when looking for a WDH....., there may even be a sticker on the A-frame noting possible WDH limits/restrictions.
There are some light duty WDH's that are great for these type of applications.
Also, even with a properly sized and adjusted WDH the TV rear may incur a 1" to 2" squat, this is normal. The WDH will maintain the TV's front axle integrity (via weight distribution) and minimize the porpoising effect.
