Installing a back up camera

I purchased a rear view camera this winter that Im going to install om my 267BHS. I thought I would just grab power for the camera off of the back of the tail light, but now that Im looking at it, the tail light is mounted part way up the camper and the wires are not as accessible as I had hoped.
Does anybody have any tips or tricks for installing something like this? I would like to avoid running a wire all the way from the front.
Also, does anyone know which color wire would be the running light?
Thanks for any advice you can give

Got power from the center, top running lite. Brought the camera wire out of the bottom of the lite, with the camera above, to create a drip loop.
