Jayco 23 MRB dual axle TT. Recommended service or maintenance

We have a 4000 mile trip from California to Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore in May, 2021. I am going to have the brakes and bearings checked and repacked prior to the trip. Any other recommendations for service or pre-trip checks? TIA

Just a couple thoughts come to mind........

* Check age/condition of all "5" tires.
* Check suspension leaf springs, shackles, bolts, etc., for integrity.

If you haven't ever confirmed your typical (ready to camp) 'loaded' TV/TT weights, a CAT scale 3-pass weigh-in would be worth it's weight in gold. The CAT will also confirm your loaded tongue weight (recommend 13% to 15% gross), and confirms your WDH rating/adjustment.

CAT scale how-to: https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...v-tt-3871.html

Here's another active JOF thread on the same subject that may be helpful:

Expect some cold mornings in Yellowstone. Make sure your furnace runs. Might consider a back up heat source. Have fun we have been that way 2 times now and will be doing the same in June. Going threw the Big Horns is spectacular. Take 16 not 14 if you do.
