I wanted to make a video detailing how the S.M.A.R.T. lighting system works. When I was shopping for my trailer, I really wanted to know more about this system, but there is very little information available. Hopefully, someone finds it useful.

Nice video and good explanation. I have these lights on my new trailer and I agree with you, it is really helpful. I only wish I had nice backup lights like you do as well, although I'm not sure my neighbors would love it when I'm backing up into a campsite at night. It seems I arrive after dark more often than I do in daylight.

Yeah I have a Jayco Eagle with that system and it works nothing like that demonstration. In fact I don’t like it and want to rewire the lights so they function correctly. Disappointed with the product.
