Landline - 2015 Jayco Jay Flight

Hi, we just purchased a 2015 Jayco Jay Flight Elite 36 BHDS. We need to have a landline hooked up. I don't see any connection on the outside of the camper for this. Any suggestions as to the easiest way to hook this?

Thanks

"Landline", as in phone?

I imagine most RVs are built with the idea that they'll be moving around, so they're not going to have 'long term" connections like that, as a high priority.

I'm guessing you're going to be on a permanent site, so the phone company will be installing a line to your utility post, or you're going to drop a line from a nearby building.

In either case, it would be easy enough to install a weatherproof RJ11 jack on the outside of the body, and connect it to a matching one on the inside. Or more than one, if you want multiple phones.

(Or you can sling a wire out of the window :-)
