running microwave off inverter

We have a small Jayco 145rb. We've always wanted to be able to run the microwave when we pull over on the road for lunch. We have a small generator, but that's really not acceptable in rest stops or Walmart parking lots.

Since we don't have room for a large battery bank and the trailer wasn't designed for an inverter... we came up with a small solution (If we had a larger rig we would have just purchased a second BattleBorn Lithium battery and we would have been fine)

The video shows how we built a small Li-Ion battery that can provide 160Amps and has 30Ah of capacity. There's a small overhead cabinet right next to the microwave. We were able to fit a Victron Phoenix 1200 inverter and the homemade battery in there. The battery is big enough to run the microwave for 15-20 minutes before needing recharge.
