Rv portable waste tank

I would like to know once you fill the movable waste tank how do u fine people move it to the dump area? Once it's full it weighs 224 lbs. There no way I can lift that into the back of my ram truck? The campsite we usually visit is a lot cheaper if u do this. I personally would spent the extra so I can enjoy myself my wife wants to do this. Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks in advance. Howard

I’ve never had to do this (it would be a deal killer for me) but I’ve seen people hook them on to the ball of the truck and slowly pull them to the dump station. I’ve also seen people pulling them by hand but I’m assuming they are not filling it up all the way.

Most if not all portable waste tanks have some method to hook to the back of the truck. Tow it to the dump station and empty it, no lifting required.

We camp for 8 months without sewer and use the dump station. This is what i use. I put the tank in the truck and pump the waste to it. Then drive to the dump station and dump it. It is extremely easy and clean.

Need one with a hitch setup. Also it is very common for people to replace the wheels with something more robust.

I want to thank u my friends for the replies.and help, I typically thought that there was no way to hook to my hitch of my truck, if it wasn't a lot more expensive to have a hook up I wouldn't worry but the money I save will pay for the tank, and I'll always have it to use thanks again Howard
