If you are talking about getting the system going again there is a phone app “My DISH” that allows you to add/remove eqt, reset receivers, which avoids calling DISH and waiting and also allows you to turn on or shut off some services. No pain at all if you use the app. The other app “DISH Anywhere” allows you to watch DISH on your phone, IPad etc.
