Hey guys I just got my brand new 330RSTS home a couple days ago and I had to take the big slide in for the first time. I noticed on the bedroom one when you get to the end you hear the ratchet sound. On the big main appliance side I admit I haven’t held it after it gets to the end but when I press it I hear a high pitched noise and it starts going and when it gets to the end the motor just bogs down and I let go. After I let go it even comes back maybe a needles worth or settles but it doesn’t ratchet.. is that normal? I’m plugged into shore power and battery shows green. Thanks!

Hey guys, so I looked at a couple videos and it looks like others do that, they just sound like they bog at the end but I know this is a big giant slide but man, those motors sound like they are way underpowered for this big slide.. is there anyway to remedy that? Thanks again!

Welcome from Georgia. The slide that ratchets let off soon as it makes the ratchet sound. The other slide is either a slimrack or schwintek and you need to hole the switch for 5 seconds after it closes.

Thanks! Do i need to do that every time? Opening and closing? I have never done it the few times I’ve opened and closed it

Yes opening and closing. It supposed to help keep them in sync. If they do get out of sync and they will, there is video on youtube on how to resync.
