Tv mount?

I recently purchased a new to me 20' 33rbts. It has a tv mount in the back bunkhouse. Problem is it doesn't fit my kids tv. Is there a way to make this fit a 100x100 tv or a similar bracket with a smaller boIt pattern?

I just offset the Mount. I shifted it slightly left and the pattern lined up. They do make adapters but I found it easier to just do the offset thing...

I made a plate out of sheet metal that had the four holes for the tv that bolted to the mount so the tv would be centered. Took about 1/2 hour to make. Had first bolted it off center like Marcm157 suggested but did not like the torque it would put on the wall portion of the mount. Pretty much a sh_t design if you ask me.
