TV Mounts 286BHSW

Hi. Just took delivery of a new 286BHSW. It has 2 TV mounts- 1 inside and the other outside. The outside one has no screws holding it just the white plastic glue. I'm thinking they forgot to put in the screws? Easy enough to fix if that's the case. But how long a screw should I use? Pic attached

I added the same mount for my outside TV. I used screws that went all the way through the wall and into the interior. They are under my kitchen sink so you can't see them. I added a wooden block to the inside to give the Mount some extra strength. The TV seemed very unstable when I just used short screws. Where will the screws go on yours if they go all the way through to the inside?
