Wall thickness

I have two questions. First how thick are the walls between the dining room and outside wall and the bedroom and the outside wall? Also is there any wiring or plumbing in either of those two places above the windows? I plan on adding shelving. I have a 2017 Jayco Hummingbirs FD 17’. Thanks for any answers you may give.
