What kind of TV mount are you guys using?
Hell everyone - I have a question about the TV mounting bracket you guys are using to mount your TVs. I have a Jay Flight SLX 264BHW. The mounting sticker shows that the screws are approximately in a 100mm square but I can't find any TV mounts that have the wall bracket that matches that. The TV side of the brackets that I have seen match that but the wall side not so much. Am I missing something? I want to make sure that my screws end up in wood with out creating a bunch of holes in the wall. Thanks!

I wish we could trust that sticker. Screws are not necessarily in the sticker location. I only found one spot with wood backing and had to use a butterfly on the other. Seems solid. Maybe just my 5h wheel but I have heard others complain about hole locations too. As for the official bracket, I'm not sure. Anyone else know which brackets Jayco uses?

your lucky to have a place to mount your TV I got the following by email from Jayco based on my question or where to mount my TV in a SLX195rb, 2017 I just bought this week.
Roger,
Good Morning. This unit was designed to have the tv sit on the counter top or in the cabinet if the wall A/C was not chosen as an option. There will be no backer on the wall for this I am sorry.

I could not find anything or anyone that knew the first thing about where to mount the TV. I had a removable mount that I used on our old Kiwi 17a that had a folding TV stand that had to be in the down position when traveling. There is a bit of an overhang on the TV shelf and my removable mount works perfectly. And I really have no need to remove it when traveling.

I grabbed a standard wall mount at Bj's that accommodates up to a 37" TV. It was not a special 'RV' mount. I have a 26" mounted on it in the bedroom. I brought the mount to the dealer prior to delivery of my 38FDDS and they installed it. I installed the TV after I took delivery. I was afraid of drilling the holes.

My White Hawk 32DSBH has an exterior TV mount, so I bought the same mount for the bunk house. This way, I can easily move the TV inside and out.
The mounts are from L&W Engineering. You need to setup an account with them, then you can order online.

Yep, I did the same thing. I also upgraded to a pull out arm in the front from them so the TV can be seen easier.
