Thumbs down White Front Window Rock Shield

Does anyone make a shield or protector for the front window of the 2020 White Hawk? I'd hate to get a rock chip or crack in it. I bet replacing that window would be EXPENSIVE! Thanks all!!!!!!!

What about using a clear bra product? I’ve used it on my last couple of tow vehicles and it’s worked great.

It wouldn't be hard to cut a thin piece of panelling and attach with some velcro strips.

There are films you can apply to the glass.

I don't think a film would prevent a rock chip.

This is what I used on our front windshield, and yes, there are clear films that will prevent rock chips.

The picture in the link makes the product look horrible if you do not know what your looking at.
The film is applied to a wet window. The solution usually is water and dish soap, often includes a little alcohol. You apply the film over the solution, and then squeegee the solution out. This is the same as applying paint protection films to cars. So in their picture, they have one side that has been squeegeed and the other side still has the solution under the film.

Yes, the install is half way finished when that picture was taken .

You are correct, it's the exact same as installing window tint, only on the outside of the glass and it's thick and clear. The slip material used was distilled water with about 10 drops of Joy dish detergent in it.

Here's what it looks like after the installation is complete - like nothing ever happened
