Entry door bug “holes”

We have been doing some massive rebuilding of our old 1006. The rear has been rebuilt due to rot, the front has been done also. This was because I wanted to install an air conditioner, and upon removing the wall discovered even more rot.

Now onto the door: I have rebuilt the door, but now can’t figure out how Jayco would have addressed the parts you see in the photo. Any ideas would be appreciated greatly!

Those are actually there, and intact. I’ll have to figure something out, I suppose.

Man, I didn't even know they had door pegs for that. I own a 1006, too. I just fill the holes with napkins at night.

We carry a couple of small soft foam pieces and squeeze them into holes after setup.
