Furnace not working!!

I just got a 2017 10sd jay sport and the furnace will not kick on. It’s blown cool air twice today but for maybe 20 seconds and then stopped. It’s an Atwood hydro flame - is there something I’m missing? Propane is on and I’m plugged into 120V, and I’ve moved the dial from on and off (how it kicked on before)

Any help would be great - thanks so much!!

Maybe need to purge the propane line of air. Turn on the burners on the stove and let them run for 30 seconds to a minute. Then try the furnace again.

Mine exhibited those symptoms, turned out it needed a new igniter.

Another time mine was doing that, turned out the battery voltage was just too low; I had enough juice to run the fan but not to energize the igniter.

Also check the thermocouple aka flame sensor. This little sensor simply checks for heat, and if it does not sense any tells the burner to shut off. When they go bad, they don't sense the heat, and they won't let the burner stay lit.

I had a wire fall off the temp switch. On my tt it’s accesses by taking the four bolts and removing exhaust tube. Same symptoms as you describe. No clicking. Could also be a sail switch. Plenty of troubleshooting on this forum.

I'd check the propane delivery first. Make sure you have gas getting to the furnace. Is it still under warranty?

My 28.5 RSTS furnace also wouldn't light. Fan came on for 20 seconds and then stopped . Mobile RV tech came out and said that my model Atwood furnace was known to have sail-switch failures. Sure enough , sail-switch was bad , replaced and Bob's your Uncle.
