It does sound like a problem, but depends on how pronounced the effect is. Kind of hard to say without seeing. A little bit of sway is normal until the posts fully extend.
A few things it could be, but most are difficult to check. Easiest thing to try is to use a bit of spray silicone or other non-oily lubricant on the posts (or the one post anyway) to see if they are simply binding a bit.
It is possible that the cable is not adjusted properly for that post, causing it to jump a bit. The adjustment is easy, but the adjuster can be difficult to access (it is usually hidden behind the paneling on the wall with the winch). It could also be a broken or detached pulley causing the issue, which begins to get a bit more difficult to figure out. Accessing the mechanism behind the walls is not always easy, but there are usually a few spots you can observe inside of cabinets etc. If you have access to the cables, just check to see if one is at all loose, they generally have a fair bit of tension on them; and you should keep tension on them when the roof has retracted by winding "up" a couple of ratchets after latching to prevent them jumping out of position.

ETA: Don't forget that Jayco has a long warranty on the lift mechanism, used to be lifetime, but I think it is shorter now on newer units like your '15 although longer than the 2 years. Yours should still be covered, so consider having a dealer work on it if it is an issue.
