Octane emergency exit window

The latch on my bedroom emergency window broke off the window frame. Does anyone have an idea for replacement latch? The latch is a flimsy pos rivited to the window frame.

Minimum clearance for Interstate bridges was 14 ft in the 50s , in the 60s it was raised to 16 ft for new construction so I would think you would be fine on the Interstate but look out at fuel stops...

I think there is a back flow preventer valve built in to the water connection, it sounds like this valve may be stuck shut, see if you can pull it out of the water connection

Pretty sure any Camper with propane is equipped with a propane sensor. What has set mine off is spraying the interior with a can of Raid or other insecticide to get rid of flies/mosquitoes.
