Went to get diesel this evening at our favorite truck stop and eat dinner. When I finished fueling up with $2.35 diesel ($67) and went in to pay the attendant swiped the wrong card and put my fuel on someone else card. This took forever to get corrected. The truck driver was unhappy but content to wait he said he would it call it even, I on the other hand did not want to pay $416 to correct the stores error. They had to call some one from their other store which is a couple miles away to fix the problem.

When unhooking at my new host site I caught a glimpse of something shiny on my left front truck tire. I am again convinced that roofing nails are never used for their intended purpose, but they are superb at finding their way into tires.

This tire had not leaked a bit so my TPMS had not alerted me. I'm still glad the TPMS is present because we know the leak could have started anytime.

Started it and drove it up to the main gate to open it at 6:00am. Why didn't I take the park provided golf cart that is sitting right outside my door? Because it is 13 degrees. My truck won't heat up much checking out the park and opening the gate, but it is 100% wind proof while inside. Enuf said!

I finally got around to reducing my rear tire pressure after arriving at my host position last week. 80 psi in the rear will damage your liver when driving around empty.

Bought new plug wires, distributor cap and rotor button. Sitting on the workbench to be put on next week. I had the transmission serviced, New filter and fluid and inspected. Tech said if they all looked that good he would be out of business especially one with 250k miles on it.

I changed my fuel filters. EGR delete was the best thing I ever did to my 6.0 Ford. I have not heard of EGR problems in the Rams but I don't keep up with them much
