Change to the change

Sold our Bungalow up here in Pinetop Az. Bought a 2018 Jayco Jayfeather 27 RL. Going to travel some more before we can't. Pick it up tomorrow morning. Then take everything out of the bungalow and put it in the new one. I like it up here but the traveling bug bit us again. Should be easier to tow than the 33RLDS we. About 2600 pound difference in weight. Happy Happy Happy

Ah, yes. The travel bug. It begins biting us as soon as we pull into the driveway of our sticks and bricks.

We envy you and hope to see you out there. Be safe and enjoy.

Got trailer today and I could feel the difference between the 27 RL and the 33 Rlds. 2600 pounds lighter. Got a lot of the stuff out of the Bungalow and put away in the RL. Hopefully we can get everything done so we can leave this Tuesday.

Enjoy your new home on wheels.

As for transfer stuff from one to another, I couldn't believe how much stuff my wife had packed in the old trailer that had to be transferred to the new trailer when we got our new trailer in May of this year. We went from a 23' to a 32' trailer and yet there was little room left in the new trailer when we got done. There was stuff in the old trailer I hadn't seen for five years so my natural question to her was "why do we have this and this and this?"

As we transfer stuff we look at it and if we haven't used it in awhile we toss it. Already we have tossed many things. Save some weight to. Already got plans and reservation going for this wintertime.
