Drawer under oven issue

The drawer under the oven would not close all the way. We noticed a gray plastic piece on the rail sticking out so I managed to get something long enough to reach back there and pop it back in. However it still won’t close completely. Looks like I may have to take the drawer off the rails to get back there and see what is obstructing it. Has anyone ever done this?

Very easy to do, there is a black release lever on each side when you pull the drawer out. One side you’ll lift up, one side push down, do this while pulling drawer out and it will slide right out. To put in, push guides in cabinet in all the way, pull bearings forward and insert drawer tracks carefully into the cabinet guides making sure they fit into the black plastic blocks correctly.

Here is a quick video...

I just wanted to give a shout-out and a big thank you to Rustynuts for the post above. I needed to remove our kitchen drawers so that I would have easier access to the water pump (I'll make a post later today about the water issue we had). Your detailed instructions were most helpful. The link to the video also helped. Another video that helped, automatically loaded after watching the first one. The second video is here.
