How easy we forget 9/11 as far as not being bombed and running for our lives.
The main difference between us and them is the 2nd Amendment.
The other difference is our neighbors, Canada and Mexico that we are friends with.
That entire area over there has been fighting wars since the dawn of time. Another reason I'm glad we are over here. Location, location, location...
Spoiled and entitled now, but that price was paid in past years by the lives of our fallen soldier heroes.

Gas

Was watching a show on TV about gas prices and they started talking about things people buy anticipating a nuke war. Just out of curiosity I went online and checked to find out people were buying the heck out of iodine radiation pills and Geiger counters . Wow, never would have thought that.

High gas prices in America is a self-inflicted problem. Only 14 months ago, we were an energy independent nation. Now we beg our enemies to produce oil for us. Skyrocketing gas prices when our enemies create turmoil was an entirely predictable consequence.

Absolutely correct. How the U.S. has gone downhill in the last year is pathetic and avoidable.

Interestingly we did not have this issue 2 years ago. We were self sufficient but then we had an election. Gas was what? $2.30?

Most all countries in NATO were paying their bill, which they had not done for many, many years. We covered for them because of weak leaders here.

We were not overrun will illegals coming across our border. So far we have lost 600K illegals somewhere within our country. That is in addition to the 11 million that were already here.

Our cities were not being sacked and burned by Antifa and BLM and there was less fear of being shot or robbed when walking the streets in certain cities.

The little fat man in North Korea stopped launching missiles over Japan, but he has started again.

Oh, and Putin had stopped over-running countries around him.

China WILL move on Taiwan. You can depend on it because we will do nothing. We have already proved that.

At what point does someone say, threats of nuclear war be damned, someone has to act or we will all be speaking Russian in 20 years.

Yes, this thread is slowly turning political and will be shut down but the fact is gas prices are political right now. It has nothing to do with supply and more to do with piss poor planning.
