Fly Paper Stipes. This time of year the flies always try to get inside the TT at night so we got 4 of those roll up fly paper things. Can not get them at the local hardware store so Amazon is a good source.

... the smiling blue truck brought a pair of Camco slide supports

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

But I don't plan to use them to support the slide, I'm going to use them as bunk-end supports for the fold-outs on our hybrid. The theory being, that this may reduce the amounts of rock-n-roll when either of us turns over in bed.

Picked up a digital Coleman-Mach Heat/Cool thermostat to swap out with the cheap analog one that came with the camper. From a size and wiring perspective this unit matches the analog one so should be a quick and easy install. This digital model supports a set point down to 33F - the analog one doesn't go below 55F.

Interestingly shipped by the brown truck, but delivered by USPS.

Jayco's stupid choice of the 8-32 screwed in Lasalle Bristol handle on one of the 3 tanks. The other two 1/4" Valterras are readily available anywhere and everywhere. Lasalle, not so much. I am sure the tiny screw is the reason, the handle went missing.

I have no idea what the other hardware is for, but I need the handle. This time a little thread locker is going on the screw. . . .

A lot of small items I've ordered have come like that, it seems that small items are too much trouble for the brown truck to deliver!

After a lot of research and reading reviews, I ordered this telescoping ladder to get on the roof while we are on the road — just in case. It’s 12.5 feet and collapses to 34”. It wasn’t the cheapest, or most expensive, out there, but had a couple of safety features I liked, such as pop-out safety feet, damped retraction etc.

What's the stability like?

Side to side, very good. That was one reason why I bought this one with the fold-out stabilizing “feet.” Climbing to the top (12.5’), there is a little bow or flex in the ladder — more than a traditional extension ladder. But they all are like that from the reviews I read. I’ll only be using it if something happens to the roof, AC, skylight etc. so, with any luck, I’ll never need it.

My Christmas gift from my wife got delivered yesterday, found a deal on Amazon Cyber Monday for an inflatable kayak. Should be fun spending time on a lake with the kids and grandson. They already have 3 kayaks.

Glad you all are getting your stuff. The brown truck seems to have lost my 2000 rounds of ammunition I ordered. Should have been here 3 days ago. Each day it shows out for delivery but never makes it here.
