Hard to capture eclipse with something else. This one at least unique to me as it's my stuff. my few eclipse pics are much worse than most pics on internet, nothing worthy forum share

Yeah, that's the same problem I had. Simple camera with incorrect filter didn't work at all.

Nice photo - Pretty wide open spot where you was at... Reminds me of some of Texas boondocking - Look straight out and see stars

Same problem here with eclipse pics in Virginia - Watched most of it NASA TV site... Went outside when it started getting dark... We were in the 80% zone here so didn't get too dark but was neat seeing it getting dark in the afternoon... My other family went down to Charleston SC and had a great time. Total darkness there on the Waccamaw River...
