Leveling jacks not working, 2015 31 UL

My jacks suddenly will not go down. Panel looks like it's going into auto mode, but then left and right lights just blink. Tried turning everything off and on again, fluid reservoir is full. Any suggestions?

Is this a Bigfoot leveling system? If so, power down the system, remove the front panel and disconnect it. Reconnect it, power it up and see if that helps. As per Bigfoot, that's a master reset for the system.

Thanks for reply! Don't know if it's a Bigfoot. I'll have to go get the manual, but good suggestion nonetheless. Could you clarify what front panel you're referring to?

The control panel for the levelers that has the buttons on it. Should be four corner screws and it comes right out. There will be an internal plug that's attached to the control panel.
Unplug that for a few seconds and plug it back in. I know other folks with this system where this method has worked.

I believe you have power gear levelers. I think it is sensing your coach is too far out of level to use the auto button. Try pressing the manual button for about 3 to 4 seconds until the indicator light is on. Then raise the front end 2 inches. Now level the rest of the coach. Raising the dront first prevents the chassis from twisting and saves the windshield. Hope tgis makes sense. Good luck

My 2015 31fs has had this problem before. The control panel is mounted under the dinette seat so i'm able to access the main harness by simply lifting the seat cushion and wood bottom panel. Remove the harness, plug it back in.

Thanks for all the replies! Unfortunately I'm still stuck.
Unplugged control panel on dash (after removing 4 mounting screws) and unplugged the control module. I've done this at least three times, waiting from 30 seconds to 5 minutes each time, but no luck. There is no box of any kind under my dinette seats.

Any other suggestions?

Your next option is to call tech support of the manufacturer. There should be a label on the front of the control panel with the manufacturer's name. My understanding is that the manufacturers of these leveling systems are very responsive and supportive. They should get you on the right path.

Good news!!! I guess the reset must have worked, but maybe not immediately?!

Tried it again just now and all's good! Thanks for everyone's suggestions!
