I have a 2016 Precept and the toilet is straight dump to the tank. Never a problem

I've heard of the vent falling down into the tank which may cause something like that. seals the tank once the water level gets barely up.

We have the same problem. appears the distance between inlet pipe and bottom of tank is no more than 4 inches. causes a pyramid effect and eventually backs up into the pipe. They told us to fill black tank 3/4 full before we use it. seems counter productive to have a 50 gallon holding tank and put 30 gallons of fresh water into it. still talking with Jayco over this
