Hummingbird - Towing MPG

What are we seeing for MPG towing the Hummingbird ?

Providing weight of Hummingbird, Tow Vehicle, and MPG would be very helpful deciding if it would be significantly enough to downsize by 2000 lbs and go with a Hummingbird which is more streamlined VS. our current Whitehawk at 4800lbs. Thank you.

17RK at GVWR - 3,750 lbs loaded out.

We average around 15 MPG overall during most trips, although our trips typically include some steep grades/mountains. On flat interstate we get around 17-20 MPG while traveling at 65 MPH (6.6L Duramax).

Like Jim Davis, a Highlander, 2015 XLE towing a Hummingbird 17FD. Got about 12.5. We just bought it and drove it from Missoula to Spokane and that's where we ended up. Pretty empty car, mostly empty trailer. On the way to pick it up, about 24 mpg over two mountain passes and doing 80 at times. A lot slower on the way home.
