Eagle 317 5th wheel - No water coming from Hot Water Tank

Has been working fine for a week. This morning I turned on the hot water and there is no pressure, in kitchen or bathroom or at outdoor shower port. There is cold water running fine.

There is water in the hot water tank and it is hot, tested by cracking the pressure relief valve. There is water when I turn valve to ByPass but not when on Normal.

We are on City Water, nothing in the on-board water tank.

Again, Working for a Week!!!

Any thoughts?

My old trailer the water heater was in the slide. Sometimes when the slide was put out the line got kinked and I would have no hot water.

Please post a picture of the back of the hot water tank where the water lines are. There are some that have a check valve that can stick. Jay

We have seen issues with the check valve on the water heater output. This seems to be the same issue. Try tapping it with a screwdriver. It is a screw on fitting on the water heater output before the bypass valve.

I had the same issue as well as my father. Replaced the plastic check valve with a brass one(purchased at Camping World). Neither of us have had an issue since. Hope this helps.
