It wasn't at all I think that it took them about three hours to do and now a full tank is reading according what's my mileage is about 600+ a tank. I think that when I'm not towing I will get more than that since not towing I get about 19-21 mpg and with that it will increase.

This is one of the best mod I did, my last trip I wanted to go a little farther going down OR,CA and the NV area I didn't like some of the gas station so now I can plan my full up at the truck stop.

I had an Airdog liftpump added to my 2012 Duramax while some other work was being done. It no longer has that lag when you put in more throttle.

Driving it from Mesquite, NV to Kingman, AZ towing our Autumn Ridge. Now with a 38 gallon gas tank I can make it home without having to buy the high priced gas in Vegas.

Saw on the news last night a station in Northern California is now over 7 bucks a gallon! That would be over 260 bucks to fill my truck.....

Drove it for the 1st time in almost 2 months! Had to remove the B&W Companion by myself (darn…I forgot how heavy that sucker is!) to go pick up my new gun safe. DW said Merry Christmas early this year.

Silly me: I thought paying $3.30 a gallon here (Maine) was bad!

Diesel in our area is about $4.99 (cheaper than premium gas). With 79 gallons total, I’d shell out $394 to completely fill my tanks. I just do it $100 at a time, like a million paper cuts!

Oil/filter change. Rotate tires, New wiper blades and replaced a bad tire pressure sensor.
At a local Ford dealership. Of course they forgot to adjust the tire pressure after the swap.

I ordered these from Runningboard warehouse which apparently is the same as realtruck.com. Anyway it’s been a nightmare of an experience and I still don’t have the brackets for the passenger side of the truck. However I got the driver side installed tonight and they are extremely solid and should protect the dually fenders from road debris…

Thanks, i’m actually very impressed with how solid they are!

I had to order a new key because I only have one for the ignition. I don’t have any maintenance records on the truck and it has 64k on it so, When they finally call me that The key came into the dealership I’m gonna have the transfer case and transmission flushed well they are programming everything.
I plan to do the differentials myself.
I don’t know if they itemized your bill, what do they charge you for the transfer case,? If I remember correctly I saw $149 at my dealership for the transfer case and 350 for the transmission.

For everything it was $499 I believe I don't have the paperwork in front of me but it was something like that.

Change the Differential fluids in both diffs. The rear diff needed it BAD, I bought the truck with 61K on it, probably the original fluid. The front was still actually caramel colored but I change it anyway.
The next will be the transfer case and transmission, I may wait till early spring on that since I don’t drive the truck much in winter.
