I would think if this was incorrect Jayco would have a lot of liability on their end by placing a sticker on the door from their factory.
Exactly right. Jayco puts an upgraded sticker with the recommended pressures on the door jam, after they do their modifications. These are the pressures to follow, as Jayco takes the liability on the failures if their wrong.

i always go 5 lbs less than the recommended cold rating of the tire. At an average of 65 mph on a 90 degree day, i personally have experienced my truck tires creep from 60 lbs cold to an average of 75lbs and my trailer tires rated at 110 lbs cold will creep to 124lbs when hot. The truck was recommended at 65 lbs cold and trailer tires (load G) called for 110 lbs. I have a TPS and watch the tires on my truck and my tri-axle trailer. I therefore set all my tires at 5 lbs less than the recommended cold setting. 15 years of towing and i've never had a blowout yet. ** and YES i do the same on our 2018 Jayco Octance 260 toy hauler and my GD.

Yeah, I notice between 5-10psi difference cold to running temps. I usually have all the tires set around 72-73 and they will roll up to 75-80.
