Figured I would give one last update. After fixing the bent roller bolt and adding a piece of .024” sheet metal to the underside of the slide where the roller bracket was dragging, I put some Teflon dry lube on all the rollers, motors, slide bottom etc.
Ran the slide about 6 or seven times and wow what a difference in coming in and out. I would say it comes in about 8 to 10 seconds quicker, the motors are in perfect sync every time no jerking or bumping it works great, never this good since I owned it.
So if you are having slide troubles the outriggers may not show they are bent but I think there is just enough flex in the floor that the slide does bind when it tries coming in. I suggest adding the plates like I did and it will work a whole lot better.
