I have a 2022 north point 310 rlts having same problem Jay voice activates spins turns blue beeps and nothing happens reach out to jayco they said check for updates and still nothing calling back tomorrow

Okay finally got it had to update the bmpro now everything's working fine also fix outside temperature loose connection

Is the update new? We picked up our pinnacle 2 weeks ago and while using it for the weekend made sure I updated everything on the bmpro and the jayvoice still didn't work.
Where did you find the loose connection for the outside temp sensor?

The update was September 2021 had to go to Google play store and update attached is a picture of connection it's behind the wall located in storage area

In the owners manual it states that you need to push the icon with the triangle on the top right of control panel

We have the 2022 382 with the Jsyvoice. It hears the commands but doesn’t do anything. Anyone know if this needs to be paired thru the Bmpro? Or need internet? Thanks

Called Bmpro. There was an update that had to be done with the JAYCOMMAND. Update completed and Jay voice working.

I did the same and now mine works. You have to go into Google Play and update the BMPRO app. It will update the software and the firmware. Once you do this, JayVoice should work.

Yes, go to your BMPro to the main screen and then to the Google App Store. You have to search for BMPro and then update the app. This should fix it.

JayVoice Does Not work
We have a 2022 Northpoint 310RLTS just purchased new in June. We have updated in Google Apps and still have no success in seeing any activity. No blue light. Nothing. Used every command. Nothing.
