For those that might be following this... I went out to the tablet and deleted my cloud account.. successful delete... now it just says the cloud account must be created in the system control panel located in your RV... no option to create a new cloud account

So, on the screen where it would say "connected" you don't see the option to create account in its place?

Jetlag... would you mind checking the app on your controller to see what version you have ? Apparently there is a BMPro app specifically called out for tablets.

I tried to install that on my new controller tablet and it days this app in not compatible with this device

Playstore - JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK app
After installing, click on the gear icon upper right corner. You should see
Bluetooth connection
Remote connection
Winegard (maybe)
Sensor settings
Battery levels
User manual
CLICK on remote connection and log in. Once logged in a small CLOUD icon will appear in the upper right corner if you are on the HOME page of the app. Any other area such as lights, motors it will not at least on mine in the landscape mode. On the phone in portrait (vertical) cloud icon does not show so you check by the settings (gear) icon. I log into the cloud on another tablet at the house far from coach and it logs in using wifi, my phone uses data and it also logs into the cloud. However, connecting to the node (located in coach) you need to be within Bluetooth range of the coach.

Same app - build # 17345, Version - 3.3.0, IO - 12.8.02
Nodes will be different from coach to coach because they have different serial numbers, and the versions are different because of time of installation at factory. Example, my hardware revision: 08A

Are you able to tell me how to reboot the whole system? The auto level feature has stopped. Thank you

use the left or right arrows below the screen...toggle to off, press ext...wait for everything to power down. Press 1 to restart...wait for everything to start back up. you may have to restart the BmPro app after the tablet reboots.

UPDATE: 2020 Pinnacle 32RLTS. Our bedroom slide extended, but no retract. Solution: First off the issue stemmed from Jayco Build quality. The roller bracket (inside, left roller bracket under bed frame looking in at bedroom from door) came completely unsecured (all 4 screws come undone) and jammed between the bed frame and floor (pop and crack) tearing the linoleum flooring in about 4 places. Used carpet glue to reattach flooring - very sticky. Never noticed until a week later - looked down and seen a tear in floor. The plywood covering of the bedframe had to be removed temporarily for the floor repair, the good part is after reassembling the frame the repaired tears are un-noticeable to the eye (underneath). The obstruction caused an amperage surge in the motors trying to retract against an obstruction and thus caused a amperage surge in the retract circuit of the BMPRO Node. You could switch the ext/ret connections on the controller and the slide would retract using the extend button or switch the motor connectors on the controller doing the same.
From BMPRO Techs: "Make sure the slide is not disabled from retracting due to a door potentially being crushed. There is a detection that will put 12Volts on pin 62 SGL SLIDE DISABLE on the JAYCOMMAND Node. Test for voltage at this location. If voltage is detected, check for the door crush hazard, either close or open the door near the slide room. If there is no voltage detected at pin 62, and with the symptoms you are experiencing the Slide relay has failed and the Node should be replaced." I measured 3.2 volts and there is no crush circuit such as a micro switch on the 32RLTS and BMPRO Techs agreed on the amperage surge to the retract circuit which they recommended replacing the node. Instead I decided to just install a momentary rocker switch below the BMPRO Panel in the coach (4 Pin Marine Grade ON-Off-ON/Open-Close/in-Out Momentary Rocker Switch with Blue LED Light - Amazon bypassing the node all together for the retract circuit. $25 for switch and housing versus $160 used (ebay) to $500 for a new node. Removed (ext/ret) wires from node to controller (tied off) and installed two wires from rocker switch and tapped power from the controller power connector blade to the middle post of the rocker switch. I did purchase another controller since the reset button on the original controller fell apart and disappeared some time ago somehow - the controller was not at fault but did need another controller (ebay) just for the reset button). Currently have a SPDT toggle switch installed for testing and works perfectly. All good now. BTW: I bolted the roller bracket with 1/4 x 20 x 2-inch bolts through floor using self-locking nylon nuts and large washers which is accessible in the storage. The other bracket is holding tight. All good!

I would like to inspect my brackets on my 2020 NP 310RLTS. I assume you can see them under the slide and slide seal. Not looking at them yet, how did you drill holes and install longer bolts?

I was referring the roller bracket assy under the bed frame inside the bedroom. These are fixed roller brackets with rollers on them attached to the floor which the bed frame slides back and forth on them.

Do you recall the tablet model you purchased? I may be replacing soon and would like something that fits nicely.

The tablet is just an inexpensive android tablet. Mine does have the buttons on the bottom, but that won’t be getting replaced, just the tablet

If you want the buttons you can get one of these and it comes with the tablet.

I purchased mine through them and they are great!

You’re right I rather have the on and off switch, this PMpro is a lot of problems. Now Jayco says I have to buy another tablet at $765 plus shipping. Really for a quad core 7*inch tablet from China.

No. The buttons are on a separate circuit board that clips into the outer frame. The RV plugs into the circuit board, then the circuit board provides another cable that plugs into the USB port on the tablet.

The tablet for my system recently failed. I tried to find the exact table they used. It appears to be a neutab i7 2018, but without the cellular module. I suspect this tablet would work however I wasn't able to easily find one online.

The problem I was having is that the table was stuck in a bootloop, continually showing the bmpro splash screen over and over. I suspected it was just a bad battery m, so I went on Amazon and ordered a 206080 size battery with a 2500mah capacity for $10.89. I soldered it in where the old battery was and the tablet is now working perfectly.

The case was easy to open by just gently prying. If you can't solder I'm sure a cell phone repair shop could do it for cheap.
