Welcome to Jayco Owner's Forum. I hope this not your first trip in your new camper. I also have a 321RSTS. Although you can put water into the Fresh water tank at an RV park, it's rarely required. Turn the handles on your water controls to 'City Water' and run the hose into the right connection.
This should get you through your stay at the campsite. The fresh water tank is used primarily for boon-docking (no water available). You'll still want to troubleshoot the leak, but maybe there's no rush? Your dealer (warranty) could probably handle it once you're back from camping. You could also contact a RV mobile repair service to open the bottom and search for the source.
I have a post in this forum '
Fully Understanding the Nautilus 2.5 Controls' - I read the manual and still couldn't figure it out. This post was to help confirm my assumptions. That's not your problem now but if there's confusion, hopefully it can help.
Summary: enjoy your camping and troubleshoot the fresh water tank leak at home (or at the dealer where they can fix it for free... maybe)
