X2 on Dometic. Pay $20 extra and get a 310 with a sprayer. You will never regret it.

That's on my wish list when I get back in June.

We had a Dometic 310 and a Thetford China Aqua Magic Style II (both porcelain units) in our last couple of trailers. They both worked well. As long as the bowl is porcelain and it has a sprayer, don't think you can go wrong. Did notice the Dometic 310 had a slightly higher rating (~1/2 star higher) than the Thetford China Aqua Magic Style II on Amazon.

How hard are they to change out from a plastic one to a porcelain one?
Don’t suppose they’re my plastic one would be worth much used?

Thanks everyone! Seems the Dometic is a clear favorite!
ok, another question..........the supply line to my current toilet is all pipe, no flex. I doubt where the supply line attaches will be in exactly the same place on the new toilet. can I just cut the current pipe and put on a flex line to the new toilet?

the Youtube videos make it look really simple. I think the supply line is the main thing that may have to be adapted, if you don't have flexible supply. I have just asked the forum about that part.

just following up........had to stay with a Thetford toilet because of 9.5" from wall fits the Thetford toilets. Put in an Aqua Magic. it is wonderful, white, foot pedal. God bless whoever invented "shark bite" connectors. had to re-work supply line, went ahead and put in a cut-off for the toilet. love it all! thank you again for your ideas and thoughts! love this forum!
