Use the "Source" button on your radio to navigate to AV In. You may have to mess a bit with the "Zone" buttons. This is what I have to do to get my TV to play over the camper speakers which by the way are not much better than the stock TV speakers.

Turn sound down on TV. Turn on radio, turn the knob until ACP shows up on the display, then use the radio remote to do the volume. Make sure that the outside speakers are off, so the neighbors don't hear it. That is what I have to do on our trailer.

I was able to run a cable from the TV to the stereo using the aux input on the stereo. It probably depends on how your tv and stereo are located as to whether a cable is practical.
I run my Furrion TV sound through the Furrion system.. it sounds good and I like that there’s a speaker over the dinette area..
As mentioned you’ll need to set the audio system to ‘AV IN’.. if the connected hdmi port on the tv doesn’t support ARC (audio return channel - it should be labeled on the port if it supports it) you’ll also need rca cables connected from the TV ‘audio out’ to the back of the audio system if they didn’t already run them at the factory.. mine were run already, but I’ve seen examples where they weren’t pre-installed..
