If that is an iRV29 stereo it sucks.
To pop the face plate off look along the sides, probably on the left side. You can see a small cutout. Enough room to put something in there to pry / pop the face ring off. Be careful because that wood geta marked easily. Once that is off there should be 4 screws holding the unit in the cabinet.
For us it WAS NOT the fuse. If you see them cheap *&% light blue wire connectors , that is what was wrong on ours. Try wiggleing the power wire and connector while trying to turn on the stereo. If it comes on then you need to pry open the blue crimp thingy , pull the red wire out and reset it so it gets a better bite on the wire when you clamp it down again . Or you could just take it back to the dealer and have them do it.
