radio access 2019 jayco 23rb

I just bought a new jayco 23rb and after towing it home the radio no longer works. no power or lights. I read somewhere that there is a fuse behind it an cant figure out how to access it. there is no screws visible.

Not being familiar with your particular model I would guess that the faceplate/frame pops off to expose the mounting screws. There should be an inline fuse back there.

If that is an iRV29 stereo it sucks.

To pop the face plate off look along the sides, probably on the left side. You can see a small cutout. Enough room to put something in there to pry / pop the face ring off. Be careful because that wood geta marked easily. Once that is off there should be 4 screws holding the unit in the cabinet.
For us it WAS NOT the fuse. If you see them cheap *&% light blue wire connectors , that is what was wrong on ours. Try wiggleing the power wire and connector while trying to turn on the stereo. If it comes on then you need to pry open the blue crimp thingy , pull the red wire out and reset it so it gets a better bite on the wire when you clamp it down again . Or you could just take it back to the dealer and have them do it.
