Water Pump

Double check your winterizing procedures to make sure all valves are properly set. You might be blocking the water flow from the F/W tank.

My 2008 Model camper has this setup for pumping ANTIFREEZE in the the RV water lines...

You can see the VALVE that selects which water source to pass to the pump... One way selects the Fresh Water Tank - The other way selects the hose that may have stuck down inside the pink stuff...

My 2008 model use this arrange for bypassing the water heater for winterizing

Make sure you have everything switched to proper position to pull antifreeze into your water lines...

Roy's picture shows the anti-freeze siphon with a newer 3-way valve. Most older trailers have 2 2-way valves (it was still common in 2015). Check to see which you have.
Make sure that the valve to the anti-freeze line is fully closed if you have this older setup. Otherwise the pump will just suck air through the AF line instead of water up from the FW tank.

Actually, I just noticed that this photo is photoshopped. The valve is actually set for the FW tank not the AF siphon. There is no way that there would be any anti-freeze in the line the way this photo is staged. For shame Camco!

Sounds like the pump lost its prime. Try opening up a cold water valve with pump running. If that doesn't work, pour some water down the siphon tube. That's worked for me in the past.

Check the filter too. I know. You've not used it hardly.
Once a squirrel plugged our car air filter overnight. Thank goodness we checked and saved ourself a tow to the dealer

Not pumping on my Precept either. Tried the water pouring and bucket lifting tricks - maybe again tomorrow. Blew out lines ok.

BTW Do not believe Jayco (in the manual) or the on-demand water heater maker (on line and in their manual) when they proudly say you don't need to do antifreeze because the unit holds so little water. I just blew out lines last year, paid $1200+ for a new heater earlier this year, uncovered by warranty, which Camping is a little shy on anyway.

Is there a chance you have a loose clamp or fitting and the pump is sucking air?

I have a 2016 Jayco 145RB travel trailer... it came with a ShurFlo 4008-101-E65 water pump. The tech who did the walk through when I picked up my TT used it for 5 seconds, I used it twice for just a minute or two and then it quit pumping. I fought all kinds of things - was told I was doing it wrong. I bought a new one and it also worked only two times. Both of these would also not shut off on their own when they actually did pump. And they both stopped working the same way, they'd run and vibrate but wouldn't pump at all. My tank was full, I wasn't doing anything wrong, etc.. (everyone always implied that I was) After dealing with Jayco unsuccessfully both times - they had said to buy it and send a receipt - yeah, they never covered it... anyway, I bought a FloJet 03526-144A 2.9GPM 50 PSI pump and it has worked great every time.
