I went with Carhart seat covers and ordered 2 inch dense foam and cut to size and installed on top of seats and under seat covers! I was satisfied enough to stop thinking about it!

If it was me I would have batteries checked out first. You could try charging batteries up to see if they will charge! I/Converter should be last step.
