Just posted something similar yesterday - 2016 - rubbing. We had the flat leaf springs but there is something else broken. Unfortunately our unit is no longer under warranty & Jayco could care less. And from what we have been told, we are very fortunate we were paying attention.

Just happened to notice a broken spring hanger bracket while looking at something else!! Lord knows how long it's been broken! Don't know if I should chance towing it to a dealer or have a mobile welder come out to do it Thoughts?

Had this same issue. $1300 for a welder to come out and repair.

I would not chance leaving a safe location to tow that in that condition. Maybe if I was stranded roadside I may chance it but that would be the only time.

$1,300!!!!!! That seems like an awful lot. Did he reinforce the other 3 hangers at the same time?

Same thing on my 2018 last yr, I wasn’t going anywhere like that. I was lucky I had a roadside service guy parked behind me and 250 bucks later he had me fixed and he rolled around underneath to make sure there was nothing else wrong.
Having said all that don’t move it. It will cost a lot more if the axel comes out at 60mph on the freeway
