Furnace duct to floor?

I have the thermal package which supposedly means there is hot air going under the floor to the tanks area. Is there just a hole underneath the furnace doing that? Because there is no duct that goes into the floor.

Otherwise I kind of feel ripped off.

I have the same concern regarding mine. I have a 2016 26BH. It does not have any ductwork either. I have emaied Jayco about it but am still waiting for a response. I feel ripped off as well. I will let you know if Jayco responds. My "customer service" experience until now has not been the greatest unfortunately.
Cheers and happy camping!

If the dealer told you that they lied.

Right from the spec: heated (except 21QB, 24RBS, & 26BH) underbelly.

Does that mean that my 2016 23rlsw has a heated under belly? Duct going under there?

Not according to the spec for a Jay Feather. All the info can be found on JAYCO'S website.

Thanks Grumpy.
It states that for the 2018 model year, but not for any previous model years.
Is it that they changed this for 2018 or developed a conscience? I don't know........

Heated doesn't always mean a separate duct however.

Depending on how the heat is run sometimes they just have an opening in the metal duct work, or they rely on radiant heat from the metal ducting.

If you have floor vents for heat, than your underbelly will be heated. As Grumpy said, it may just be from the warm "ducts", not with a separate vent.

2016 Specs

According to the 2016 Jayflight specs there are no model exclusions (attached):

"Thermal Package
Includes: Insulated, Heated, & Enclosed Underbelly, Foil Insulation in Roof and Slideout Floors"

Here's an example of my model (19RD) being excluded from an option:

"Cargo Accessory Receiver (N/A 19RD, 23MB, 23MBH, 23RB, 24FBS, 26BH, 26BHS)"

The only vents in my 19RD are at the ends of the two ducts shown in my original post. One of them is in the "wall" under the jackknife sofa, and the other routes to a vent in the "wall" about 4 feet to the right of that.

No vents are in the floor.
